Refund Policy

At CHIEC-ECO.Armonya, we are committed to providing high-quality transformational coaching experiences. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we aim to balance compassion with fairness in our policies regarding cancellations and refunds.

 

General Policy

Due to the time-based, personal, and non-recoverable nature of coaching services, we maintain the following refund policy in compliance with applicable Washington State consumer protection laws.

 

1:1 Coaching Sessions

  • Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund, unless under exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

  • No-Shows: If you do not attend a scheduled session without notice, the session is considered forfeited and non-refundable.

 

Coaching Packages & Programs

  • Commitment-Based: Multi-session coaching packages (e.g., 4-week, 8-week, or 3-month programs) are priced and offered as a complete transformational journey. For this reason, no partial refunds are provided once the package has begun.

  • Withdrawals Before Start: If you decide to withdraw before the program begins, you may request a refund, minus any administrative fees or costs for pre-program materials already delivered.

  • Non-Transferable: Coaching packages and sessions are non-transferable to another person or program unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

 

Digital Materials / Bonuses

Any digital content, downloadable tools, or bonus materials included with a coaching package are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

 

Extraordinary Circumstances

We recognize that emergencies or unforeseen hardships may occur. If this applies to you, please contact us directly. We will review each situation with integrity, privacy, and compassion. Exceptions may be granted at our sole discretion.

 

How to Request a Refund

All refund or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to:

Please include:

  • Your full name

  • The service or package in question

  • The reason for your request

We will respond within a reasonable timeframe as required under Washington consumer protection law.

 

Policy Changes

CHIEC-ECO.Armonya reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
